Description

講座將分享香港的勞工法例,一般會以《僱傭條例》為中心,條例主要針對最基本的僱傭問題而作出規定。對於相對複雜的僱傭問題,如 僱員違約、違反誠信、不當行為、侵權行為及僱主可以得到的相關賠償等規定,法例沒有完全明確涵蓋,因此需要倚靠判例法(即過往法庭判詞)來決定。
本實務講座分享多個法庭案例,有助管理層和人力資源專才制定最合適的僱傭合約、公司守則及規章制度,預防勞資糾紛。
