The Institute has commissioned the Hong Kong Hang Seng University to conduct “2023 Future Workforce Study”, sponsored by JobsDB by SEEK.

During the media briefing, Lawrence Hung, President of HKIHRM, and Bill Lee , Managing Director of JobsDB Hong Kong, shared the key findings of the Study, along with valuable insights, hoping to highlight on the gaps in employers’ expectation regarding the reskilling and upskilling of employees, and provide recommendations for the development of the future workforce.
