The HKIHRM Mentorship Programme 2023/2024 & 2024/2025 Closing & Kick Off event was a great success with more than 60 members in attendance on 9 August. The event began with a warm welcome speech from our Vice President, Andy Luk.
 

During the event, three mentor-mentee pairs – Lurlee Leung and Daisy Wu, Belin Yuen and Kate Tang, Magdalen Tsang and Mikki Lo – shared their valuable experiences and cherished memories from the previous year. Andy Luk and our Executive Director Marian Lam presented certificates of appreciation to the mentors and mentees from the 2023/2024 term on behalf of the Institute.
 

As our outgoing mentors and mentees transitioned to new chapters, the new participants also commenced their journey. This year, we are excited to have 52 mentors and mentees joining the 2024/2025 Mentorship Programme. We look forward to the dynamic interactions between mentors and mentees, as well as the upcoming engaging moments in the programme.
 

Following the introduction of the Mentorship Programme to the new members, everyone enjoyed networking in a relaxed setting. We extend our gratitude to General Mills, Leung Yick Company Limited, and Lei Garden Restaurant Group for sponsoring the ice cream, cocktails, and mooncakes, contributing to the success of the event.
