The HKIHRM, in collaboration with CIIC, held a media briefing on 10 October 2024 to disclose the key results from 2024 Pay Trend Surveys for Hong Kong and the nine mainland cities within the Greater Bay Area.

Lawrence Hung, President of HKIHRM and Catherine Que, Consulting Director of the Data Services & Benchmarking Group at CIIC, delivered the survey findings for their respective regions. They offered their invaluable insights and projected the pay trends for the upcoming year, aiming to empower employers with the necessary information to formulate effective strategies for talent recruitment and retention.
