On 5 March, HKIHRM hosted an inspiring event, "From Insight to Impact: Co-Create, Connect, and Contribute to the Future of HR with HKIHRM".

It was fantastic to see everyone actively engaged, sharing diverse ideas to elevate our HR community. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged lively discussions, enabling attendees to learn and grow together. Through the design thinking process, attendees explored innovative solutions and connected with emerging HR leaders.

HKIHRM would like to extend its gratitude to guest speaker Lurlee Leung for sharing the mindset of design thinking with the participants. Special thanks also go to the team leaders Priscilla Chau, Janet Man, Pakson Lau, Vincent Wu and Icey Lau for guiding participants in exploring how to co-create, connect and contribute to the Future of HR with HKIHRM.
