Ms Virginia Choi, JP, F.I.H.R.M.(HK)
Managing Consultant and Country Manager of Tamty McGill Consultants International Ltd, with over 25 years of experience in HR management, especially in training and development.
Ms Choi was President of HKIHRM from 2001 to 2005, the first female President since its inception in 1977. She is now Executive Council Member of the Institute and Advisor of its Learning and Development Committee. She is also awarded as HKIHRM Excellent HR Leader.
Ms Choi was elected Chairperson of the Continuing Professional Development Alliance in June 2004 in her capacity as President of the HKIHRM. She has been Chairperson of the Alliance since. She is Advisor of the Manpower Developer Award organised by the Employees Retraining Board.
