• an experienced mentor, coach and facilitator with over 30 years of international corporate experience straddling multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has built a solid reputation for leading high performance teams and managing successful organisational change.
• Vincent was born and raised in Hong Kong, and has lived and worked in Canada, the UK and the USA. He holds an Honors Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada, and has received both CPA and CA designations. He is a ICF and WABC certified coach, and a NLP practitioner. He is also certified for a variety of assessment tools including MBTI, Hogan, and Harrison. His coaching and leadership development clients currently straddle across a broad spectrum of Corporates and Universities. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
