Whilst some companies weigh heavily on staff's quantitative contributions to organisational success, global giants have all recently revamped their performance review systems in a shift to a more qualitative approach. Yet, how to strike a balance between the qualitative and quantitative assessment on staff performance has become a key issue for many companies.
This workshop aims to share with participants views on the future development of performance management and field-proven approach for designing such a system that helps measure staff performance in a comprehensive and objective manner.

Mr Wilson Chu is currently the Principal Consultant of HMI Consulting Limited.
