Whilst some companies weigh heavily on staff's quantitative contributions to organisational success, global giants have all recently revamped their performance review systems in a shift to a more qualitative approach. Yet, how to strike a balance between the qualitative and quantitative assessment on staff performance has become a key issue for many companies.

 

This workshop aims to share with participants views on the future development of performance management and field-proven approach for designing such a system that helps measure staff performance in a comprehensive and objective manner.

  • Is instant feedback good? Leveraging social evaluations in the performance appraisal process
  • Customising your performance appraisal system in alignment with business directives and culture
  • Integration of performance appraisal with other management systems (i.e., reward system, learning & development, continuous improvement, etc.)
  • Conducting effective performance appraisal interviews step-by-step
