Mr Vincent Liu, Associate Consultant, The Myers-Briggs Company
Vincent is an experienced mentor, coach and facilitator with over 30 years of international corporate experience straddling multiple industries of banking, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, energy and aviation. Throughout his career, he has built a solid reputation for leading high performance teams and managing successful organisational change.
Vincent was born and raised in Hong Kong and has lived and worked in Canada, the UK and the USA. He holds an Honors Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada and has received both CPA and CA designations. He is an ICF and WABC certified coach and a NLP practitioner. He is also certified for a variety of assessment tools including MBTI, Hogan, and Harrison. His coaching and leadership development clients currently straddle across a broad spectrum of Corporates and Universities. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Mr Cameron Nott, Chief International Markets Officer and Psychologist, The Myers-Briggs Company
Cameron Nott is the is Chief International Markets Officer of The Myers-Briggs Company, where he has responsibility for leading the Australian and Singapore subsidiaries of The Myers-Briggs Company as well as the management and growth of the company’s international training and distribution network. Since joining the company in 2008, he has expanded operations into new territories, launched customer development initiatives and driven operational efficiencies. Prior to joining The Myers-Briggs Company, Cameron held commercial leadership positions in the finance sector.
As a registered psychologist and a member of the company’s training faculty, Cameron is an expert in the application of psychological assessments and methods in the areas of leadership and team development, change, career coaching and talent selection. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours, a Master of Psychology (Organisational), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (Corporate Finance/Advisory) and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD.
